  1. Team, I would like to show up however I also use Drop Fleet models. It would be nice if there was a SIZE chart for each ship type in length a width of models so one is not overwhelming the field with large models. for example in the Drop Fleet a Cruiser maybe the size of a typical battleship. Any Thoughts?

    • This is a tall and possibly a impossible task. Giving a particular size for a ship class could vary wildly from source material and miniature company. For example, a dreadnaught in Drop Fleet could be larger than a Imperial Super Star Destroyer from Star Wars or smaller than a Space Marine Battle Barge from Warhammer 40k. Similarly, there is a significant size different between the Star Wars Imperial Star Destroyer from the Star Wars Armanda game and Imperial Star Destroyer from an older game. We generally suggest that the size to mass of ships should be consistent throughout the fleet.

  2. Second what Barry said. There is no direct inches-mass ratio. It all depends on your model collection and what your group feels is appropriate. Some groups play with the large Firestorm Armada models where a cruiser could easily be 4″ long. Others play with ‘micro ship models’ where a cruiser may only be an inch long.
